Tila Tequila attacked by Juggalos update - Method Man to sue ICP

According to TMZ.com, Hip Hop Rapper Method Man is also threatening to sue The Insane Clown Posse (ICP) because he claims to have been hit with a beer can by one or several of the so-called Juggalos.

We've learned two new terms this week, boys and girls: "The Insane Clown Posse," and "Juggalos" if you're keeping score here.

TMZ.com has a photo of Method Man still performing with blood on his face. He wanted to show that he could take it and keep on going on with his show.

Indeed, that's exactly what Tila Tequila did when she was attacked last Friday night into Saturday morning.

Meanwhile, there's a real online battle between Juggalos and everyone else on my YouTube page of my video. As of this writing, there are 705 comments! Check it out here or click on the YouTube logo of the video above.

Massive Egg Recall and Mazda and GM Recall all impact California

Unbelievably, a massive egg recall and a recall of Mazda and GM cars top Internet news concerns on Wednesday.

CBS News reports an egg recall is in effect for 228 million eggs produced at Wright County Egg in Galt, Iowa and sent to various retailers in America. The reason is feared salmonella contamination and cartons which have the plant numbers P-1026, P-1413, and P-1946.

If you see that, you should not eat the eggs.

So if you purchased eggs under the following brands: Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph's, Boomsma's, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms, and Kemps with those numbers - take them back for a refund.

The distribution impacts the following states: California, Illinois, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Got that? Don't eat them.

Here's more at Food Safety News.

Mazda Recall of Mazda3 and Mazda5

A loss of power in the power steering while driving is at the center of a recall of 215,000 2007, 2008, and 2009 Mazda3 and Mazda5 cars that were built from April 2007 through November 2008.

That news comes just as GM's recalling 250,000 crossover vehicles, the 2009-2010 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia and Saturn Outlook, and due to a seat belt problem.

All this in one day.

Mike Bloomberg 's secret campaign = jail? by Suzannah B. Troy

For those who do not know me let me introduce myself. I am Suzannah B. Troy, artist, blogger and YouTube. All my 334 YouTube's were removed a month and half before the mayoral election to close to call. Norman Siegel, famed Civil Rights law contacted Google's legal dept. on my behalf and activists, YouTubers, friends, film makers wrote their press department. I too wrote Google and 28 hours later I gotten a written apology and my work restored. Google say it was a technological glitch and I say it was dirty dealings by the Bloomberg campaign who knew what I knew in my guts and reported over and over on YouTube Mike Bloomberg may not win...(look at the date of my YouTube on Voter Anger!) but no one in the press would give me and my powerful political art poster lampooning King Mike, my YouTube series  the time of day.

Well Aram Roston of The New York Observer has a new piece on Mike Bloomberg today called "The Secret Campaign of Mayor Mike" .   Note to Aram: You left out "king", it's king mayor Mike.  Mike wiring money out of his personal checking account the day before the election sure sounds reason enough to warrant a criminal investigation.  Also The New York Times exposed Mike giving a charity that voted to extend term limits million of dollars after the election.  Do that mean Mike has now spent 112 million dollars to steal or should I say barely win the election?  How much other money has he rewarded post the election, how many back room deals, how many large chunks of NYC real estate has he rewarded for voting him in a third term that has so far not be reported or should I say exposed?

Besides me blogging on the questioning could Mike Bloomberg to to trial for campaign improprieties and I also question his abuse of tax payer money including hiring his campaign staff after the election all with six figure salaries to what The New York Post estimates will cost tax payers 2 million dollars.  The mayor king, Mike Bloomberg is the richest man in New York so why does he have to steal tax payer money to pay his hire campaign staff and others from his private empire to come work for him also at his public empire?  Can't he pay out of his own pocket?  Can't they do their work from his private empire or does he want them to enjoy the high that he does of not only being the richest man in NYC but the most powerful so he has his special people "Team Bloomberg" chauffeured around the city making stops at his townhouse that is his charity center all courtesy of the tax payers.  By the way, Mike Bloomberg has been spending tax payer money who all these hires that some feel are back room deals whilst NYC thanks to the help of the clowns (I prefer another word) of Albany help bring this city to an economic meltdown that next year could be so bad it rivals a terror attack on NYC.  Again do not pay attention to what I am saying....

Let me ask this again.  Mike Bloomberg is the richest man in NYC.   Why does he have to steal tax payer money to pay for his campaign staff?  Did you read the piece in The New York Post on his top commissioner Patricia Harris.  Her seat at City Hall is alway empty because she is always uptown working on Mike's charities.  Steal, abuse, you pick the words or just go back to watching the Yankees but please do not pay attention.   Bloomberg says he is not running for president but he also said he believed in term limits.  Last night I was sent a link to a blog that states "my words" Mike Bloomberg has screwed the people yet again.  Even if we successfully vote term limits back in place, term limits won't be able to be returned to 2021 leaving many that I believe are criminals that happened to vote to extend term limits  to return again and again.  By the way it was common knowledge that Mike allegedly made a back room deal with his mini-me Christine Quinn to support her run aka put her in office if she aided and abetted him in stealing, oops, running for a 3rd term.  So Christine Quinn did the dirty work required to deny us, the people of New York a referendum.

Getting back to the Haggerty scandal that may be Mike Bloomberg's Watergate, the scandal to dethrone Mike Bloomberg and if I don't have your attention I might as more and more facts are divulged and shared with the public.

Tom Robbins lamented woe is he not his words but my interpretation that he was the lone person writing on Haggerty and I believe I posted a comment and my many emails to him and the press, my YouTubes all proof Tom Robbins you are not alone.  Aram Roston has proven this and folks more bomb shells are coming I hope and the question is will the Haggerty Scandal be Mike Bloomberg's Watergate?  My answer yes but Mike Bloomberg is so powerfully connected that even the media refused to report his opposition including my powerful work on YouTube, coverage like mine of protests that mysteriously never made the news and Cy Vance, our Manhattan DA is beholden to king Mike who holds the purse strings to the DA's budget along with me receiving an anonymous email listing Cy Vance's very own alleged campaign improprieties including that one of Cy Vance's campaign guys that Cy still owed a significant sum of money to after the election is married to Maura Keaney who worked with Haggerty!  Yikes.  I wrote a piece I call "One Degree of Separation" that even includes Bradley Tusk who just finished testifying in the Blagojevich trial because he worked for him as well.

I voted for Bill Thompson but I was upset that Thompson was not able to successfully address and shut down the major conflicts of interests concerning the pension funds.  The pension funds for HBO, True Blood fans are like humans with bloody gashes and guys like Steve Rattner are very hungry vampires.

I am ending on this note.  Mike Bloomberg's best friend and money manger Steve Rattner (Steve also best friends/money manger I believe to the owners of The NY Times and the NY Daily News) got busted by Andrew Cuomo and was told to pay a 12  million dollar fine.   That is like 5 dollars to you and me.  Rattner made a deal to give information rather than go to jail but he did not keep his end of the bargain.  In Rattner's testimony to the SEC which may ban him from trading for 3 years Steve Rattner pleads the 5th more times than Mike Bloomberg has been mayor.  Steve Rattner according to the piece of garbage fluff bio, Joyce Purnick got a heft pay check for writing points out Rattner urged Mike to run for a third term.  Steve Rattner and Mike Bloomberg do not understand and respect limits of any kind and despite their great wealth and connections it may be their undoing.... The Bloomberg Haggerty campaign investigation needs a bigger court and one that is not beholden to Bloomberg.  A rumor on the street was Dave Paterson was allowed to walk by Judith Kaye because Cuomo is running for governor and does not want to lose votes.

By the way, the president of NYU, John Sexton ran down to testify that Mike Bloomberg must have a 3rd term and it was obvious to all it was because Sexton needed Bloomberg and good pal socialite mega million city planner Amanda the people's Burden to aid and abett NYU's greedy community crushing development deals.  The New York Post broke another ugly story about Bloomberg's Landmark commissioner also being a lobbyist for NYU...I find this so hard to believe but here is the link and hold our nose when reading because it stinks.

NYU, Steve Rattner and so many others who wanted Mike Bloomberg to have a third term had a reason...big pay-offs, financially or with big real estate grabs or deals.  Clearly it was not about Mike navigating us out of a fatal economic crisis because here we are and every day that Albany continues to not balance the 9.2 billion dollar budget crisis that was supposed to be balanced April 1 the crisis gets even worse.

Getting back to the State Attorney's office.  Is it possible Cuomo would not want to take on  king Mike Bloomberg campaign improprieties because of Cuomo's run for governor.

I refer to Mike Bloomberg as Teflon Mike.

King Mike may be Teflon no more.

Scott Pilgrim vs the World - Blackometer Reading = 0

Before this goes a step further, this blogger, while fearful that Scott Pilgrim vs the World would have no one black / African American in it, did like the movie. Enough to give it a B-plus grade. But not having a single black person in what was called the "Epic of Epic Epicness" was totally socially irresponsible.

If you don't know by now, Scott Pilgrim vs the World is the movie version of the 2004-borne graphic novel of six books about Scott Pilgrim, well-played by Michael Cera, who carries a torch for a girl named Ramona who has seven "evil ex-boyfriends" that he has to fight to have the hope of doing more than just making out with her.

Scott Pilgrim was one of those movies you'd like even more if you're black at have any of the values of the characters or the people who like the movie who look like them. But it's hard to entirely wrap yourself around a movie where not a single one of the cast is black, not even the extras.

And I had my Blackometer at the ready!  It read zero.

Would a more diverse Scott Pilgrim vs the World have done better at the box office? Yes. Maybe not much better but certainly better than $4.7 million on Friday. Yes.

I wonder what Bryan Lee O'Malley, the cartoonist of Scott Pilgrim would think? As he's half Asian and White, he should understand what I'm saying.

Still, and again, I liked the movie. Scott's journey to improved self-esteem is one that's easy to emphasize with. Ramona, played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, reminds me of a woman, Samantha, who I know. In fact, so much so, I thought the movie was written with her as a model for Ramona.

I'm serious.

I also liked the music. There are a couple of tunes I found myself bopping my head to. I'm just plain tired of movies that "hit" the tech pop-culture crowd being so non-diverse. The perfect movie here has not been made and the story of the black tech guy hasn't been told.

(Time out. Say, if Scott Pilgrim's a geek, why doesn't he know that Amazon.ca is a website? Just wondering?)

Yet.

Rod Blagojevich verdict: Blago verdict upsets some, but trial should end

Former Governor Rod Blagojevich was convicted on one count of lying to a Federal law enforcement official about a crime he did not commit. What's forgotten in all of the media around the Rod Blegojevich trial is that he really didn't get away with anything.

Sure, Blego's verdict is lucky, and you and I felt like he looked sleezy for a long time, but that is not sufficient evidence to get him on 24 counts.

The bottom line is Blego failed at being corrupt.

The Feds want to "try this case again," but for what? Blego didn't shoot anyone. It's best to stop wasting the taxpayers money on this stuff.

Oakland Mayor's Race: Terrance Candell vs. The Sierra Club

Earlier, Kent Lewandowski, volunteer Chairperson Northern Alameda County Group of The Sierra Club, San Francisco Bay Chapter, wrote a rather, and this blogger will state again, stupid email to the Oakland Mayor's Race candidates Kent says aren't "viable."

Which is why this blogger's not returning from Georgia in time to attend it:

If you've not seen the email from Kent representing the Sierra Club, here, again, it is:

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the "Green Oakland"
forum sponsored by the Sierra Club. We made the decision to invite
the 3 candidates who are considered by all accounts as the "most
viable" in the race. The decision which candidates are considered
"viable" has to do with a number of factors, which includes the
elected office they may have held in the past (if any), their ability
to raise money for the campaign, and the level of organization of
their campaign.

We have only 90 minutes of time to discuss our issues, and hope to
include members of the community in the discussion. Thus there simply
isn't enough time to incorporate all 10 or more mayoral candidates in
this forum.

We understand your disappointment, but felt this was the best decision
in the interest of having a productive and informative event.

Sincerely,

Kent Lewandowski, volunteer Chairperson
Northern Alameda County Group
Sierra Club, San Francisco Bay Chapter

The email upset a number of the candidates in the Oakland Mayor's Race, but no one more than Dr. Terrance Candell, who's wife Dyan issued her own blistering email just three days ago, and on the same issue.

But Dr. Candell's email below was far more hard-hitting, perhaps too much so, because he refers to Kent Lewandowski as an "elitist pig," and a "bigot," which is going way, way, way too far.

Terrance Candell is pissed off
As I wrote to Kent, I understand the raison d'etre of Terrance email and tone, but I don't support it at all. It also causes the entire discussion of fairness in the Oakland Mayor's Race to take a bit of a detour.

The bottom line that must be restated before the email is presented, is that there are people in the media and within some groups who think that only "certain" candidates in the Oakland Mayor's Race are "worth talking to."

In the case of the reference to "the media," about two months ago, this blogger received a phone call from one reporter who asked if any candidate other than Don Perata, and Councilmembers Jean Quan and Rebecca Kaplan were "worth talking to." The response here was that as media players our job is to talk to everyone, if possible, yet state our biases in an effort to give complete information.

The reason is that people just don't read print so much any more. Weekday circulation at the San Francisco Chronicle, for example, is down from 251,282 in 2009 to 241,330 as of this writing. The San Jose Mercury news wasn't even in the top 20 in circulation until it declared the Oakland Tribune and Contra Costa Times as editions of the Mercury News, so that it's in the top 8 now.  That masks the fact that print is falling.

Meanwhile, we have more online choices for the passage of information in websites and blogs and social networks, and microblogs, and video channels, and the list of them grows each quarter.  But in the case of neighborhood websites, some that were once active, in some cases don't exist or are not consistently maintained.

The point is, information in Oakland is fragmented and scarce, so when a media maker has a chance to inform an electorate in full, it should not be irresponsible.  The Sierra Club was just that.

Here's Terrance:

Kent,

You sent me this letter, somehow indicating that I am disappointed, because I was not invited to your little elitist dog and pony show, where you can justify giving money to your friends. I am not. It would sicken me just to be in your presence.

The only thing that disappoints me is that the people of Oakland lose again because of elitist pigs like you. As far as your attempt to insult, indicating that I am not "viable", well, you people (the wealthy) have said that about us people (the poor) for a long time, and we've still won elections. I guess we'll see, won't we.

THIS IS MY CITY! IT'S TIME FOR BIGOTS LIKE YOU TO LEAVE!

Pass that on to your board.

I will pass your letter on to the person who wrote you.

Oh, and have a nice day.

Dr. Terence Candell, Ph.D.

Kent was not allowing that without a response, and to that I say good for him. Terrance owes Kent an apology here. But, regarding the issue in total, this is what Kent wrote to me:

Zennie,

Of course I know you are not a candidate. I read your post on SFgate.com, which is why you were cc'd. I was hoping to dispell some of the things you wrote. It is pretty hyperbolic to suggest that the Sierra Club is somehow seeking to "rig an election." (I believe
Terence wrote this.) Our members in Oakland count around 4,000, by my count. We haven't endorsed any candidate in this race, and I'm not certain that we will endorse.

We are simply seeking to put on an informative event - and to highlight some of the issues we care about (the environment, and climate change.)

Kent

(As an update, at least one of the "not-viable candidates" plans to have his (a hint) own "thing" before the Sierra Club event.)

So where are we with all this? In a state of semi chaos with left-out, pissed off candidates, other candidates who are elected officials calling them "minor," and upcoming forums with just 24 percent of the total field represented.
