Adelman: Why a Staunch Conservative Like Me Endorsed Obama
I've considered myself less of a partisan than an ideologue. I cared about conservative principles, and still do, instead of caring about the GOP. Granted, McCain's views are closer to mine than Obama's. But I've learned over this Bush era to value competence along with ideology.

Pennsylvania Republicans Send False Anti-Obama E-mail
A new e-mail making the rounds among Jewish voters in Pennsylvania this week falsely alleged that Mr. Obama “taught members of Acorn to commit voter fraud,’’ and equated a vote for Senator Barack Obama with the “tragic mistake” of their Jewish ancestors, who “ignored the warning signs in the 1930’s and 1940’s.”

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Gov. Sarah Palin Said To Be "Defying McCain Aides" - Remember My Video "Palin Stabbing McCain in The Back?"
Today, Politico's Ben Smith has an interesting top story (which I first saw at the Huffington Post) charging that Alaska Governor and GOP VP candidate Sarah Palin is "defying aides", specifically going against the message of the heads of the campaign and establishing internal divisions. All to the point of setting herself up for a brighter future in politics. Remember my video on this? I called it weeks ago:

SF Prop H Will Bring A Plan To Use "Clean Energy" By 2040.
http://www.sfcleanenergy.com - PG&E tells people that voting "Yes on H" will cause San Francisco to buy the PG&E grid. THAT'S BULL! All voting "Yes" on Proposition H will do is set San Francisco on a long term plan for the use of clean energy sources by the year 2040; it's not even 2010. What's PG&E scared of?
