Why I Made The Oakland Coliseum Ownership Transition Template Document: This Coliseum JPA Scene On Saturday September 19th, I released an online document called "Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Complex Transition Plan Template" (https://ift.tt/YkgRhJl). It is a detailed, point-by-point template plan that helps the Oakland Acqusition Company and the Coliseum JPA, know where the "mesh points" in managerial change are and determine who has a person over that mesh point, and also where a person may not be assigned to that mesh point. A "mesh point" is a part of the management and operation of the facilities. The plan is a result of gathering data and info on similar facilties and then their transition of ownership plans and molding them to our situation and need of a plan. This is like the framework of a skyscraper. Why did I make it? First, doing this comes easy to me from my 2005 Super Bowl: Oakland Bid Work, which included the Oakland Coliseum management. Second, A.I. makes the work I did in 1999 go very much faster. But I was motivated by an exchange at the Coliseum JPA Friday Meeting. Long story short, the talk about the work on the water aquifer was along the lines of "does this impact the sale of the property". The Coliseum JPA lawyers said NO. I was flabergasted. That they could not realize that this was the same problem that caused the backflow of water to the bathrooms in 2013 made me shake. That they passed it off as a non-issue pissed me off. So, I have had it with this constant allowance of ignorance, frankly, and such that it leads to disaster in the future.
