Noelia Lorenzo Monge according to Wikipedia is a Puerto Rican pop singer and actress who rose to fame in 1999; her first appearance (debut) on Puerto Rican television was in Voces en Función on that same year. She's sold over 3 million records Worldwide and is a hit in Latin America. But I guess someone figured that in order to sell her to Americans, she needed two things: a sex tape and a MySpace page.
