Massive Egg Recall and Mazda and GM Recall all impact California

Unbelievably, a massive egg recall and a recall of Mazda and GM cars top Internet news concerns on Wednesday.

CBS News reports an egg recall is in effect for 228 million eggs produced at Wright County Egg in Galt, Iowa and sent to various retailers in America. The reason is feared salmonella contamination and cartons which have the plant numbers P-1026, P-1413, and P-1946.

If you see that, you should not eat the eggs.

So if you purchased eggs under the following brands: Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph's, Boomsma's, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms, and Kemps with those numbers - take them back for a refund.

The distribution impacts the following states: California, Illinois, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Got that? Don't eat them.

Mazda Recall of Mazda3 and Mazda5

A loss of power in the power steering while driving is at the center of a recall of 215,000 2007, 2008, and 2009 Mazda3 and Mazda5 cars that were built from April 2007 through November 2008.

That news comes just as GM's recalling 250,000 crossover vehicles, the 2009-2010 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia and Saturn Outlook, and due to a seat belt problem.

All this in one day.
