Propelled by a monumental victory in the Iowa caucus and rapid success in primary states such as South Carolina and New Hampshire, the Democratic hopeful added 177,000new donors during the first month of 2008.
Obama's strong financial position will enable him to increase ads in many Super Tuesday states and ensure he has the much needed monetary support as the race for the White House heats up.
