The American Express / Conan O'Brien tour's publicist sent an email explaining that there would be a BIG (as it was described) announcement Friday morning and related to on Conan's
Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television tour. The 30-city tour is scheduled to start April 12th in Eugene, Oregon and end June 14th in Atlanta, GA.
What's the news? Is it related to today's news that Fox has been applying pressure on affilates to pick up an anticipated new Conan O'Brien Show at between 11 and midnight?
According to TMZ.com, that's the case, but some of the affiliates feel they can make more money with reruns of The Office.
