United Airlines at Denver Airport DNC Convention Get Ready For Lines!

I love United Airlines and have flown them since I was two years old. But currently, United is faced with the same challenges that other carriers face. As the official airline of the DNC Convention, United is on the hook to perform well.

The last time I was in Denver for the Invesco visit, there was an enormous customer service line unlike any I've seen before. In this video, I explain how you can avoid that problem. There are several steps:

1) Plan ahead and know what flights are coming in and out.

2) Come to Denver early, like the 23rd of August or the 22nd.

3) Take the Red-Eye. Avoid on-peak hour travel.

4) Get the United customer service number and save it. It's 1-800-864-8331 for domestic flights, and 1-800-426-5561 for Spanish language persons, 1-800-426-5560 for Asian speaking persons, and 1-800-323-0170 for persons who may be deaf or blind.

There's no reason why your trip to the DNC Convention can't be a good one. Plan ahead. See you there.

Hillary Clinton Breaks Obama Promise, Goes Negative In Desperate Wisconsin Ad

A few weeks ago, Senator Hillary Clinton said that she would not go negative against Senator Obama after a brusing period which saw Clinton accused of racism and working to destroy the Democratic Party.

Well, after eight-straight primary losses, Hillary Clinton has apparently changed her mind. In an obviously desparate attempt to change the course of the Democratic Presidential Race, Clinton is running a series of attack ads in Wisconsin, whining about Obama's refusal to give Clinton the debate schedule she requested.

I think Clinton would do better by making appearances in Wisconsin, rather than the negative ads, which did not work. Barack Obama is taking his case to the people of Wisconsin, with appearances at The University of Wisconsin, as this speech shows:

DesMoines Register Reports Barack Obama Ahead in Poll

Yet another poll is reporting that Senator Barack Obama's ahead in Iowa; this one by The DesMoines Register in Iowa. What it may mean is that -- assuming the poll focuses on older voters -- that the Iowa older voter is seeing Obama as the candidate of choice. If that's the case then Clinton's in big trouble, as Obama's growing beyond his base of young supporters.

Edwards Points To Hillary Clinton's "Doublespeak" in Philly Debate

NBC's Brian Williams and Tim Russert really came after the Democratic candidates, pitting them against each other from the start in this October 30th debate. Here's a clip of the start of the debate, followed by the other parts in segments.

Senator Mike Gravel Pissed Of Over Not Being Invited to AFL-CIO Debate Forum

Senator Mike Gravel's on MSNBC now on their "Super Tuesday" program, and is really pissed off over being passed over for the AFL-CIO debate forum. "They said I didn't answer a certain question on time," he explained. Gravel then said it was basically a kind of trick to keep him out of the program, and it's not fair.

Given that this is a presidential campaign and not an application for graduate school, I agree with Senator Gravel. There are too many attempts to "fix" this presidential race and make it less than authentic.
