" Well I disagree. Public Transit must serve the people and in order for that to happen, it must go where people want to go. People work out of homes, but they go to sports events. The San Francisco Bay Area, and especially Oakland, need more up-to-date sports venues. So BART should be keenly talking to and helping to estabish an Oakland Sports Commission and also advocate for a fully-developed sports city at the Oakland Coliseum.
