I think Bill Clinton's response was perfectly appropriate. And that's coming from a serious Obama supporter.
Bill Clinton's response to Lily Lamboy seemed defensive, yes. At the same time, these student-reporters are among the top debators in the world and they they had the singular opportunity to go toe to toe with a former President who modelled what happens in the "real world" of debate. A novel idea, I'm sure, but why doesn't someone like Rush Limbaugh a) watch the whole video b) ask Lily Lamboy - who can clearly hold her own - whether what bothers him actually bothered her??
